Odin was not in any way removed, it's just not a regular fate.
When the weather shows tension Odin is around.

Sadly, behemoth is LESS easy to find. You have to chill in a specific location to see it spawn, and the first part of the fate has to be passed by somebody waiting in that spot. THEN the ULTRA RARE part where you can actually get rewards has a chance to happen, and even the most dedicated hunt linkshells and discords almost never have somebody sitting in that spot, waiting.

So yha, you'll have to wait there for yourself, try to stay logged in as many hours as you can in the spot of the first of the two linked fates.

    Specifically, this one:

Is the one that drops the items, but in order to make it happen, you have to complete:

    https://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Behold_Now_Behemoth

Notice that this one happens at 6,21, so that's where you have to wait.

Now, since all you want is the item, and not the achivement, you could just do Eurika. When you get to Pagos it's a notorious monster there.

Nobody needs to sit waiting in the second spot. You call up a crowd for the first half of the FATE, fight it, then the whole crowd follows after the behemoth as it bolts back to its den.

As far as I'm aware, the second part always happens so long as the first part is completed.

As for it being harder to find, that's debatable. It's harder to get alerted to its presence because there's no special weather condition, but it's always in the one specific location and IIRC you can see it on the zone map rather than having to actually go to the location to check.
