Lol, ive had this bug multiple times too. (And took same type of screenshot) Not so much recently, but in the past a LOT. and it's weird, it would only show up on certain people's screens in the party. For example, on my screen, my friend would be sitting in mid air like that, but on another party members screen, he is running around like normal. (And vice-versa with my character being the stuck one). Only way to fix was to have the stuck person log out/in, or teleport/return if i remember correctly.

I've seen this happen occasionally for a looong time (since the Ifrit patch).
