You get a of gear and present yourself to the priest to get a title. Different class gearsets have different titles.
Then use any of the titles in various PvP modes.
The achievements that have the mount rewards should tell you which one comes from which mode.

Need to buy the GARO gear with Wolf Marks, then wear it to get the title. Then farm a lot.
Once you have it, you can just farm 60 wins from Crystalline Conflict, then 10 wins from Frontline or Rival Wings to get all 3 mounts.
I found the 10 Frontline wins the hardest part. There are 3 teams in Frontline and often it won't be yours that wins unless you're extremely lucky. It's probably easier to turn around a Rival Wings match. It's easier to turn around a Crystalline Conflict match as well and they are quicker. It's easier to influence the outcome of a match with smaller overall numbers.

To be a touch more specific, using wolf marks(general PvP currency) buy the complete left-side garo gear(you can skip the jewelry) for any one class. Equip it all, and talk to the disreputable priest to unlock that classes Garo-title. At this point, you no longer require the gear. From here, you earn the mounts by winning PvP matches while displaying a Garo title. The title doesnt have to match your current class - you could unlock just one title and use it on every class you PvP with - but not having the title turned on means you arent getting credit. The mounts(as i remember) are at 10 frontline wins, 30 CC wins, and 60 total wins(so 10+50 is fine for instance). If you like the titles you can unlock more of them(including a special one for unlocking all the classes) the same way.
Thank you very much for your response.that clears alot of thingsTo be a touch more specific, using wolf marks(general PvP currency) buy the complete left-side garo gear(you can skip the jewelry) for any one class. Make sure you're actually using the right title when doing PvP. Just earning/ a Garo title isn't enough. You need to the have the title equipped, or you won't get credit toward the mount achievements.
Can confirm: noticing at the END of a big comeback win in frontlines that you didnt have the title on and therefore this win doesnt count... it hurts a bit.
