is it related to area, gathering, or period? I mean like if I gather in mines till I hit fatigue can I go mine elsewhere, or log at Hitali or such? And how long for it to vanish?

From what I understand, each class has it's own fatigue, so if you hit fatigue for one you can gather for another class just fine. I think it recovers fairly fast, don't know exactly how fast.
They made the fatigue better but they did give us the information before how it was before they fix it,.
Every item you get cost 10points and you had 10.000 points i think every 2hour or so you get 200points back. Now i think they lower the amount of point a item cost or they give you more point or give you more point per hour not sure.

The general concensus of the last thread on this issue was that fatigue takes roughly 400 gathers to hit with a continuous recovery of ~30 gathers per hour. Due to that continuous recovery of gathers, the length of time it takes to hit fatigue varies with the speed of your gathering. If you do some hardcore continuous gathering, you can hit fatigue in roughly 3 hours. (See the thread I linked for more detail than you ever wanted to know)
and is it verified that it's skill dependant? SO that as a miner when I hit fatigue, I can then switch to btn and do that a bunch of times before fatigue?
I'm a single-DoL guy, so I can't confirm, but that's what I've heard. Shouldn't be too hard to find out; hit fatigue and then go mess around on another DoL.
To avoid creating a new thread, I'll just ask here.
Do you get any kind of system message once you hit fatigue? Or do you just "miss" the spot?
Just wondering since I'm leveling FSH from 20->36 (quests) so I don't have to touch the class again, but somehow I'm losing around 70% of my catch after I got to 31 (yep 11 levels in one day ;-; )

That's probably fatigue, either that or jiglag is hitting you, wait awhile and see if it gets better.
