Tryingto relocate the FC house

Trying to relocate the fc house, and received this:


"Lottery entry and plot purchase unavailable. No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account."



The FC member wanting us to relocate keeps missing the schedule after they win and I'm tried of throwing away the gil as I get this message. Yes, they've done it 4 times... I don't really mind, but What may I do aside form giving up my personal home with my account? I had an alt in a friends FC and It got lead somehow, so I passed that back last year and left his FC. I'm still getting this though. Anything I may do?

You can only bid from the character that owns a personal plot already, you would have to either make a separate service account and use those alts to bid or have a friend's alt join your FC and have them bid for you.

The post was a bit unclear. How many characters do you have on the server and which ones are in how many free companies? Have you bought a free company house (not relocation) with any character? Take that character out of that fc before bidding and before finalizing the purchase. Put a character that hasn't bought a house in the fc you want to relocate and have it stay there for 30 days before bidding with it.

Personal housing does not matter at all when buying a free company plot so you don't have to get rid of a personal plot.

Also, if someone misses the results window 4 times, you are getting scammed.

Your personal house shouldn't have anything to do with the problem.

The problem is related to the purchase of a FC house (not leadership of a FC) by a character on the same world and account. Do you have any other characters in FCs on that same world (including the FC that wants to relocate)? IF so, did any of those characters make the actual purchase of their FC's current house (regardless of whether it was pre-lottery or through the lottery)?

Also, if someone misses the results window 4 times, you are getting scammed.

Especially if you're giving them the full purchase price for each new entry. You need to stop letting them enter.
