Crashing with no error message

As of afew days ago the game has begun to crash anytime i try to play it, it either happens soon after logging in or on the loading screen as im logging in. I haven't encountered this problem until now as this never happened on my old laptop and was not an issue until after having no problems for 2+ weeks on my current new pc, I have tried every way i can think to try and fix this but nothing has worked so far
-Changing ingame setting to default
-Lowering ingame settings as much as possible
-Completely reinstalling the game
-Updating drivers/Reinstalling drivers
-Disabling ingame overlays (Discord, Geforce experience)
-Running the game in DirectX 9
-Deleting Local Profile Data

Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Please try the following:
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable). After reviewing the system report, it appears that your GPU [NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060] driver was last updated on [8/13/2023]. There should be newer versions at this time.
- If you haven't already, please try capping the FPS in-game.
- Please try running the game as an administrator.
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (If Steam version, make sure game and Steam are installed on same drive)
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
- Reinstall game (If steam version, try uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and steam)
- Verify installation files (Steam)
