    Gaming Mouse Buttons

I have a G600 Gaming mouse with 12 side buttons. I Plugged it in when I got it and it controlled my number 1 hotbar fine. I logged in today to play and now all my side buttons are controlling menus, and not my hotbar. I try to remap my mouse buttons in the keybinding menu but it is not working. Any help would be great

Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

There are a few things that may be causing the described issue. Please try the following:
    - Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable).
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - Please try running the game as an administrator.
    - Disable Full Screen Optimizations. To disable this, please find the "ffxiv_dx11.exe" and right click it and select properties. Then under the compatibility tab there will be a check box labeled "Disable Full Screen Optimizations". Check it and click apply.
    - Alter the locally saved folder ('Documents' > 'My Games' folder > FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn). Please try navigating to this folder, right clicking it, and select 'Properties'. In the General tab, please uncheck the 'Read-only' option. If you are using a Windows OS, you may be running OneDrive which will try to sync all files, please follow the same general path there and do the same.

Thank you once again for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums!
