My game cant log in

Trying to play the game since yesterday , but i never get past the login screen.. i typed everything correctly but when i hit the launch button it load for 1second then stop , and nothing happen.. are the servers down?

I bet you've already tried this but close and reopen the launcher a few times. If that doesn't work I would recommend talking to support, or just reinstalling the game (with antiviruses turned off) which may actually get you results faster than talking to support. If you have a decent connection then the updates don't take too long.
