Error 30002 (1338135219,34431988,5) Costant Disonnection

Good day

first of all forgive my terrible english!

As the title suggest i keep on having this kind of error.

Before making an ufficial request for help i did EVERYTHING possibile to ensure myself that this error is not my fault (resetted router, opened the ports, nobody downloading anything, switching connection place, modified the options on the net board, setted the unptp to disable during gameplay, deleted the user folder, switched to wifi to cable, i disconnected firewall too) the only thing i didn't do was reinstalling the game since is fresh installed <_<

I rated my connection with a software and is good

Since i'm not a connection expert to make sure i did everithing i even did the tracert wich @23 pm GMT+1 caught one disconnection (one of many, more or less one every 30 mins sometimes every 10 mins, and i made random sample of test during the day and the worst was during midday 11am-4pm GMT+1 in THREE DAYS THE WEEK END! )

I don't know if its of some use...

The computer is perfectly brand new (buyed last month) with all the drivers up to date, i run windows 7.

I would like to know if some program can work against the game beside obiuvsly the torrent and such.

Anyway is very frustrating since i just payed for 90 days and this error screwed all my week end is not a nice advertisment for the future 2.0 version seeing that the staff doesnt even respond to all these request of aid.

I too have been having this problem lately. It used to run good but the past week I keep getting disconnected as well with the same error. No changes have been made to my pc and everything else seems to work fine except for this game.
