Bug: Quest text

Since the update on Monday I've been running into a very frustrating issue. Almost every quest I get, be it a rank quest or just a side quest, will just sorta freeze up on me. The NPC chat box appears and it will either be blank or when I get to a certain point in the text it will go blank. At that point I'm basically stuck not being able to get out of the chat, unless I force log.

I've tried to go back afterwards to see if maybe it will let me either finish the quest or just pick it up, but the same thing happens almost always at the same spot in the dialogue.

I tried to look back a few pages to see if this was a known issue, but couldn't really find anything. Am I the only one with this issue? Or is it a known issue, and if so is there a way to fix it?

World:
World where the issue occurred.

Class/Skill Rank:
Class and skill rank of your character when the issue occurred.

Physical Level:
Physical level of your character when the issue occurred.

Area and Coordinates:
Area and map coordinates where the issue occurred.

Party or Solo:
If you were solo when the issue occurred, please write "Solo". If you were in a party, please write "Party". With alliance, please write "Alliance."
*If you wrote "Party" or "Alliance", please also include the number of members.

NPC Name:
Name of NPC that your character was interacting with when the issue occurred.
*If you were not interacting with any NPC, then please write "None".

Monster Name:
Name of monster that your character was battling against when the issue occurred.
*If you were not battling against any monster, then please write "None".

In-Game Time:
Please list the in-game time that the issue occurred.

Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
*Please try to include the following details.
•What you were doing when the issue occurred. (Example: Battle, mission, quest, crafting, synthesis, etc.)

Hi there, Caillum.
There are some people having issues like yours 'cause of customizing FFXIV fonts; some of them have fixed it changing to the default font, so maybe you could try this out (in case you had changed it) and look if that solves the issue for you.
