IMO they should get rid of leves....make mobs with 5 levels below the PC to give no exp and mobs to be a lot more harder....

Leves are fine, their only purpose is solo-friendly XP and money. nobody that isn't a casual really needs to care about them that much.

Content designed for people looking for a challenge should be hard. Content designed for people just looking for something fun to do doesn't need to be.
