They might have said in the past we are working to rectify some cases of disconnections, but I've never seen them openly say 30002 is a problem on their end, and if so then a sticky in Technical Support with a list of other issues that is to do with the current game/server configuration would be the best solution to these threads. I've searched through many forums with topics pertaining to this error and all of them seem to be try this try that.
