Server Stability

Me and everyone in my LS from the UK get kicked from the server all the time and very often
Right now 3 of us havent been able to stay in game for more than a minute with out getting server error ... i think it is been this way for about 1 hour now. I think it depends from where you live.
I hope they fix it soon.

Same happened to a LS member from Finland today (not to our other EU members though, and we had no one from UK online at the time).

@Elexia: Sorry but that made me chuckle a bit, as I said nothing wrong with my connection, it's perfect, I monitor my network constantly. I used to work for an ISP so I'm not stabbing wildly in the dark with sniffing out possible problems on my end. It's a SE issue.

Again from the UK and i'm at the point that I can't even login because it's too slow. No severe weather going on or anything and my connection to anything else is absolutely fine...

So it's likely a routing issue from EU to SE's servers since yeah I'm not seeing that many people in my shells disconnecting atm, but most are JP/NA/Canada.

We don't have that many NA members in our LS, but they seem to have just as much connection issues than we EU people do.

I have had these same exact issues. I've never had these problems. Then it started with one DC, as time went by, a couple months, I was getting DCed every few minutes.

I know this may a shitty solution for some but I saw one recommendation, which was to do a clean install of not FF but windows itself.

I was having issues on my laptop an with my OCD I wanted to get a clean install anyway. This completely fixed my problem. Since the install about a week ago, I have had FF on 24/7 and not one DC.

Just a thought if anyone wants to keep it in mind. It worked for me so just letting people know.

I'm going to chime in here, except that I live in the midwest US. Also, I have had absolutely no connection problems until this weekend. I'm willing to chalk it up to the tropical storms on the east coast, but it's worth mentioning that there does seem to be some sort of systemic problem going on recently with the connection to the FFXIV servers.
