exp in pvp

People like i'm only i here for exp aka afk player which move every 1-2 minutes or just wall run.
It would be cool if SE would implement something like an activity bar and based on the activity player will get their exp point.
Like 50-100% active full reward 30-49% 60% reward less than 30% no reward ...
This would be in my eyes a nice action if the dev would implement something like this.
