Huge lags on Chaos last couple days

I dunno if its just me, but lags were gradually increasing for the past two days to the point now where I have 2-3 second freezes in dungeons. Last night couldn't even get on my char, the game was hanging for 5 mins then giving me an error. Any other datacenter work for just fine. Even our other dc - Light. I also tried connecting to some japanese datacenter and it was ok and zero lags.

I tried using vpn and lags have gone. So the problem is somewhere on my route then
