On the following date and time, there were technical difficulties that prevented normal use of the Data Center Travel service.

The service has been restored and is now operational.

We have confirmed that data center travel processing did not complete normally for some characters who used the data center travel service immediately before and during the time of the technical difficulties. We will check the data of each character individually and correct it to the normal state, but for some cases where processing did not complete normally, it may take several days to make the corrections.

If you still receive an error message when trying to log in after recovery from the technical difficulties, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please wait a few days and try logging in again.

Depending on the situation, you may be able to log in to the original world or the destination world. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could check both the original and the destination data centers from the "DATA CENTER" menu on the game start screen.

It is possible to log in normally after the above time, so we would appreciate it if you could try logging in again.
