Get rid of all aetherytes and flying

I do think there are too many aetherytes but outright removing them and flying is a bit much. It would be funny if they turned off teleporting and flying for an April Fool's joke though.

They should have done that the year they posted that ChocoGo app that was basically supposed to be like using Uber to call a Chocobo. But make it an actual app and have players order chocobos in game through it lol.
