Get rid of all aetherytes and flying

Travel is not gameplay. 30 minutes is a waste of time. I remember the WOW flightpaths, i went up the street one day and came back and I was STILL not there yet. So no, my time is valuable. WOW is 80% travel and 20% doing things, FF 14 is 10% travel and 90% doing things.

Plus the devs busted their rears getting us ARR flying, so taking that away is a hard NO.
