Dragon Gauge does not appear on HUD

Every other job has their gauge appear properly and yes, my Dragoon is above the level where the gauge should be available. My HUD settings are the same as every other job and it's just invisible/not appearing.

I also noted that only on Dragoon, in the Actions and Traits screen, under 'Actions', the 'Display Job Gauge Description' with the '?' icon is greyed out. On every other job I can click on this without issue.

I have reinstalled all the update files and I'd really not like to have to totally re-install the game if I can avoid it. Am I just being silly or is there something really wrong here? Any help would be most appreciated!

A screenshot or two would help.

1.) be DRG with jobstone equipped (show gear tab)
2.) show actions & traits tab and scroll down to most current actions unlocked (Lv90 descending)
3.) show HUD layout screen (either all or only System)
