A new tactic for the dissatisfied

Actually the dissatisfied are the overwhelming majority which is why this game's population dropped 70% since 6.0

Actually factual tbh, I wouldnt say overwhelming majority, but definitely a huge part of the population is unhappy with the game, and a lot are just stuck glued to the game because of their "FOMO house", so they stay subscribed

According to steamcharts (which is a good sample), on 6.0 release we had a peak of 95102 players, with an average of 53729

As of today, we are at 21000 average players with a peak at 35k, so the peak lost about 2/3rd of players, and the average has lost about 60%, so obviously, the "overwhelming majority" is not so happy as people on this forum pretend to be, people are quitting, no matter the amount of copium people are high on on this forum.

Now if you add all the people that only log in to afk (I know quite a few), the people just doing nothing in Limsa all day long, the ERPers, venue goers and the likes, I think you would reach a good 80% of people that actually are completely uninterested in the game, bored, or just dont like where things are going, but somehow by the community this is seen as a good thing and a "sign" that the game is doing well, really makes you wonder how deep some people bury their heads in the sand
