Not sure how long Faerie has been listed as "congested" but that could attribute a small bit to the issue if it's happening now. NA internet infrastructure is actually fairly poor IMO. Much of it being cobbled together between multiple providers which compete with each other in countless areas or regions. This could mean that certain nodes your transmissions are using could be overloaded, or it could mean that your data transmission is being throttled as low priority due to passing through a node owned by another internet provider since the US Net Neutrality act went away in like 2018 and as such service providers have had some time to slowly test what they can essentially get away with since US businesses tend to prefer doing underhanded things to both employees and consumers and just spending time and resources on contingencies to mitigate their losses when they finally get caught, rather than just run the business honestly from the beginning.
