So if any antiviral programs you may want to put them on pause for a moment when firing up FFXIV. If still having issues you might just need to uninstall and then reinstall. I doesn't take too much time to reinstall. Most the time it's patches but you should be up to date in that if you have logged in at least within a week.
I do know I haven't changed a thing on my computer since like last August so maybe I d just need to reinstall. I hope it fixes the issue, I don't want to be experiencing this when the next patch and then expansion come out, ruin so many cutscenes lol
