HoH unplayable?

I have been wanting to do some HoH runs to get the achievement, however the moment i step into the deep dungeon, my character disconnects after some seconds.

Staying AFK and On other instances my connection works normally.

Do we have any acknowledge why this happens?

Edit: It also happens on Dungeons, so i have massive lags and disconnects overall
