Unable to unlock The Voidcast Dais (Extreme)

Short Version:
I can't unlock the trial because there isn't any blue quest icon on the Wandering Minstrel even though I did the normal trial.

Long Version:
I was talking to the NPC to unlock both Rubicante and Golbez Extremes and while I was mid-cutscene to unlock Rubicante my DF queue popped so I skipped the cutscene got the message that the Rubicante Extreme Trial was unlocked and went to duty, after that I was going to talk again to the NPC and I noticed that I still had the 2 options to unlock the 2 trials, I clicked on the "Talk about Rubicante" and got the message saying that the trial had been unlocked again and after I clicked on the option to "Talk about Golbez" and also got the message saying that the Golbez Extreme Trial had been unlocked, however when I checked my DF, the Golbez Extreme trial isn't there and there is no blue quest icon on the Wandering Minstrel to try to unlock the trial again.

I've already sent a ticket to Square, is there any fix that I can try or should I just wait for a response?

Golbez EX is the current extreme trial, so it's in the Raid Finder, not Duty Finder. Is it available for you there?

Yes it is I didnt know that, though it was a bug. Thanks for the help!
