Why is Island Sanctuary UI so bad ?

In order to set up my itinerary, I have to click on the workshop mammet, right click on plus and delete all my presets, one by one. Then actually click on the plus icon and scroll through nearly a hundred items and find the one I need, without any search. Then select it, and click on the next plus, and scroll again. Then finally once I'm done with the first workshop, I need to right click at the top and save preset, then copy it for the other workshops. But the fourth one is different according to the Discord, so I have to scroll again and select everything manually again ? Then I have to do this for five total days.

Who made this ? Why do we need to spend 10 minutes a week just scrolling through menus ?

Is the the obligated one decent post on your alt before you subject us to a sea of poop lol either way I do agree they need to QoL the hell out of the UI in this mode in particular but then it reminds me of their culture as a whole. They can design a toilet to play my music or the news etc but they can’t design a working website.

Other thing is in the next expansion they are doing another style of content like this… then I hope they learn from the mistakes here and build it into it or at least make the new content work in tandem with the old one. Like you have to make items through island sanctuary that have to be used in the new lifestyle content I mean it would be sort of tedious but it would give engagement to both still.

Alas I would welcome complaints or debate more but titanman alts are very easy to tell amongst the flock of users hence why its a more common response. Also it is why I responded the way I did they do sometimes post some genuinely good threads but then do a rug pull and give out 10 threads of what the hell you on lol. This is a valid topic for once and I am all for more QoL to the mode/content as it really needs it.

I'm not bothered by it, personally, but then again, I'm just used to the endless stream of windows and menus this game has to offer after playing for 10 years. None of it fazes me. I'd argue that the only one that really needs streamlined is retainers. I'd do anything to have a "collect all" or "dispatch all" button.
