What Virtu/Prestige/???? sets you want to see next?

First batch of 'remastered' sets with better textures and color schemes we got the Heavensward job sets (Shb and EW to the most recent jobs for obvious reasons), and then we got a collection of ARR Raid + 24 man sets.

If we see another collection in 6.5, which set you want back?

Since technically we got stuff from ARR and HW so far, I'd assume they could go for Stormblood next, so I'd really love to see the Orbonne Monastery sets with same treatment.

Much as I like to see old sets get new dyeable versions, I am consistently disappointed with how they "upgrade" the textures on these things. Everything ends up looking scuffed and scratched and often dyes incompletely.

But yes, the Ivalician sets are definitely due to get a dyeable version.

We also still need a full re-use of the Yafaemi sets since the mage gear got left out of the Facet recolours.

I’d die happy if we ever got dyable yafaemi caster gear.

I'd prefer entirely new sets, though I am certainly grateful for the HD Bodyguard coat.

Original sets certainly are welcome, but if I had to pick recolours or other additions...?

1.) Stormblood Artifact gear (Virtu II) - yeah we have access to dyeable version if we run Eureka Anemos and exchange the Crystals, but for one it is a ballache and for another some of the sets could definitely do with a retexture. I'd also be very OK with DRK and DRG sets replacing the purple/blue with red and some cleaner textures. Would just wonder what to give SAM/RDM since they had their Virtu series for Stormblood already with the old stuff...

2.) Ivalician Gear [Rabanastre, Ridorana, Orbonne](Prestige III+IV?) - good sets, but their undyeability along with some poor choice in colour schemes made them somewhat undesirable.

3.) Tropaios Series II Weapons - would like a new series of weapons coming with Dawntrail. Maybe some less... exotic elements like eyeballs or heavily relying on green and bronze on certain weapons. Tank weapons were great, some of the DPS weapons were... eh.

4.) Role-removed glamour options of various sets (including Crafter/Gatherer maybe?) - you know what I mean. "Oh man this would look so awesome on <role that I play>, why is it locked to <role that I don't play>? Maaaan...".

That and it is borderline criminal how non-Western+JP versions of the game (CN, KR) have access to "All Classes" versions of Crafter/Gatherer gear, like what gives? Why is that an exclusive over there?

It wouldn't need to be in PvP necessarily, I just want that to be a thing already. Goldsmith, Weaver and Alchemist sets look insane.

That's a valid point, but I'm going for the premise that those 'remastered' sets are due to come one way or another because they already have themselves doing it.

I think re-releases are fine, as long as they follow at least one of these premises:
a) Previous undyeable sets that become dyeable
b) Role swapped models (like we see in the Manalis sets)
d) Not re-released for the second time (unfortunately we have things like Shire gear being used for the 3rd time for no reason)
e) Different dye pattern (though the new 2 dye system might invalidade this point a bit)

That would be amazing, especially because I think it's the most egregious example of a collection that there's absolutely nothing visual resembling a role or another.
