On the topic of congestion around event locations

Hi there, this is my first post on the Forums so please forgive if my formatting is less than standard.

I was curious about the matter of the impact of player congestion around areas used in the latest Rising Event & in turn the latest Moogle Tomestone Hunt, so I figured I'd step out & ask how others felt about it.

The reason why I'm ultimately talking about this is because I've been experiencing
an inordinate amount of technical issues, crashes & memory leaks whenever I set foot in a major city for the last two days. My PC isn't the best, can sometimes run like garbage and I cannot afford to upgrade right now, so I'm somewhat stuck with these issues. My game, on my personal experience, never has run well in places players congregate, like say, Limsa's Aetheryte plaza...so I tend to avoid them entirely...but as stated, these last two days have been an exercise in frustration doing anything related to either the Rising for myself or handing in Moogle Tomes in either Ul'dah or Limsa. Even using Data Center & World travel, I've been at risk of crashing because usually people are congregated & loitering by where these vendor moogles are located.

Now, I'm trying not to make it this whole 'massive issue' or anything, I purely just want to know what other players' opinions were on this matter...and potentially my opinion of how to solve this in a reasonable fashion.

I, frankly, do not want to impose on people who enjoy hanging out in these locations, and for events it would not be reasonable to change how it is done all in the sake of performance, no matter the long-term. Albeit this is a personal desire, I am more of the opinion that it's time to add more Itinerant Moogles to different hubs in the game, if I would make a suggestion towards the devs. It would clear up congestion in these areas during a Moogle Tomestone event through the fact people would have more than only 3 options of where to go to hand-in those tomes for their rewards.

And I know there is a certain ease of process when one queues for their grind right next to the npc vendor to lessen time travelling from A to B.

Whilst Limsa, Ul'dah & even Gridania are at the best of times strains on a budget computer rig's hardware, I almost never really see hordes of people in places like Ishgard, Rhalgr's Reach, Kugane or even the Crystarium. Is it out of the question to add more Itinerant vendors to these locations?

What do you guys think? c:

With this rising event I have been having issues with so many players that some of the quest related the NPCs don't load in till I get very close to them. Some extra priority on NPCs over players in rendering would be nice in these situations
