Add the option to turn off the NPC/Boss text bubble that pops up in the screen.

I'd like the option to turn off this text bubble to be added. Including me it's annoying to see for some people. Again I'd like it as an option so people who still like it can keep it.

That would be super useful. Additionally it could be a HUD element, so we can move out of the way if we still want it visible.
