You clearly didn't play before the pvp changes when every class used to have more than a handful of buttons to press. You could very easily run around outplaying smaller groups and claiming points on your own with most classes.

Are we talking about Heavensward here? Because that certainly wasn't a thing after the Stormblood rework and in Shadowbringers it was just endless zerg fests with all the healing going around.
