Game Displays Errors and Shuts Down As I Start Playing

This keeps happening after I manage to log in and enter my world. As I start to move around and play, it suddenly displays an error message with a bunch of codes and shuts down. (See image below)

The game files are all on an external drive. I've tried everything I could find with my SO to fix it and nothing has helped. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to apologize for the error you are experiencing. We would like to suggest that you try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Try switching to DirectX 9 by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher (If applicable).
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Then be sure to disable everything.
- Reinstall and update the drivers for your graphics card. (As what a fellow adventurer has pointed out, the driver is out-dated and this can cause issues)
- Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (Having the game installed on a different drive can sometimes lead to issues)
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated. (Please ensure that optional items are also installed)

If you do not see an improvement, please feel free to respond to this thread for further troubleshooting.
