And I'll go ahead and parse the two in comparison in a stable to damage situation. We can then compare which comes out on top in factors of average DPS and average damage.

I'd like to do that for Ifrit vs Hart +1 as well but that would require me to get lucky on Ifrit, which I've stated, getting consistent primal runs (They get rotated) would be beyond my purview of possibility right now.
I'll wait for your response then, I have no problem with being wrong but I do have a problem with being disrespected.
But as far as the +1 hart, I mainly say this because you can reach your max STR with melds here and put something on your hands to further your dps such as TP store materia which is great. Even if it's true that the weapons lower base damage can lead to hitting diminishing returns sooner, hitting a "golden standard" cap isn't the only thing that can increase your DPS.
