    Depends on whether you have crit rating in your build or not, +120 Crit ATK is nearly triple meld grade IV while +36 PIE is still double meld grade IV. It's probably the biggest sell point for the Lieutenant set actually.



    It makes Impulse Drive crit as much as Talon.

    P.S: that was done without Power Surge.
