Who are you accusing of being an alt now? I thought you didnt know forum lore and only started posting recently. Are you sure, you're not the alt account?
I liked the questline. More like ChatGPT unoriginal threads on these forums to me.
I see, I see
Then I should ask a question: If you were able to write out "the Rising" event for this year, what would you write?
and before you ask, I would stick with this story (this hit me perfectly in real life).
They should've at least made the quest something about the Phoenix, make everyone do a nerfed version of Coils or just T12 and T13. WoW's seasonal quest was much more involved. This isn't just any Rising this is their 10th anniversary Rising, and yet it's so generic.
Events have a low bar sure, but I would expect a little more pizzazz from the anniversary event on the 10 year anniversary.
While the quest was nice, it does feel a bit odd that it was so simple and generic. Really they probably should have done something different last year and saved that quest for this year.
Umm, do you know what the Phoenix is? You have to remember that there is alot of players has not gotten past ARR yet or never did Coils before. So nice try tho.

It's not meant to be some epic quest, just a short nice and happy celebration of the game's anniversary.
And you can go read messages from the dev team after doing it.
I was just saying in the past, they teased these thing during the Rising and it would be nice if they did it again, especially with how much longer patch and expansion releases are.
It could be even better because of of how in the dark we are about the actual events, jobs, and new features in DT. They could tease so good! (*´▽`*)
