Veena - They are more open to people leaving?

I read somewhere that Veena are more open to people leaving their homelands than Rava and I can't remember where I read this. Anyone help me out?

I'll be honest, I have no idea now. I checked both the ShB special site, which has the lore blurbs on each clan, and the Wandering Dramaturge lore-dump on Viera (now laughably outdated with the release of males), and the only thing they mention about the clans is their territory and skintone.

I don't think this is a bit of headcanon turned that the community took as canon, but I can't find the source right now.

I think the idea might come from the choice of words in their description. When the Rava's description mentions their isolation, it's like this:

Despite attempts by the Dalmascans to subjugate them, they have ever maintained a self-governing dominion. Though most would adhere to the traditions of the wood, some few have chosen to venture out into the world.
    Meanwhile, the Veena...

As the winds of war swept up a number of those who left their mountain homes, many such hardened hunters chose to set out for the distant shores of Eorzea.
So not only are we looking at the language choice suggesting a larger amount of Veena migrating ('many' versus 'some few'), it also sounds like the Rava were facing actual, direct opposition, while the Veena read more like they got smacked by collateral damage. None of that's necessarily conclusive, but I could see how it could mean, or be read as, 'the Veena are more outsider-friendly'.
