I'll be seeing all of you in Frontline.
Oh, I thought you meant the other event.

I already have 30+ tomes. I'll have all my emotes by the end of my next day off.
When you deal with human beings, never count on logic or consistency.
Fluid like water. Smooth like silk. Pepperoni like pizza.
Well, if I go for everything I don't have, that's 590 tomes. The question now is how much of it I actually care to grind for. We'll see.
The Rising quest was enjoyable.
The first letter in the post-quest list definitely made me laugh unintentionally though. The very first message you can read speaks about the importance of the forums and it just feels so hollow when they never reply to anything here.
it must be very hard to do that when for the last few months we have had nothing but "noise", static, abuse and a small clique of people shouting down anyone who dared disagree with their harsh, cynical, jaded and utterly hostile attitude. The very first message you can read speaks about the importance of the forums and it just feels so hollow when they never reply to anything here.
I was actually surprised some of the more...vitriolic..people were allowed to go on for this long. To my mind, what we see now with those "voices' gone is more conducive to actual communication on game issues. I have never been one for harsh moderation, but to my mind? in this case a broom was sorely needed.
Maybe in the future we will see more better avenues for them to talk to us now a more...pleasant....atmosphere prevails.
Ive done both parts of the Rising now, it was wonderful and uplifting. The mount is magnificent. Maybe, before we look at what they have to say and ask why they dont talk to us, ask yourself if recently they had any reason to do so
I get feedback, i get dissatisfaction in some areas of the game, sure. Nothing is perfect, it never will be.
FF 14 isnt perfect, but it is again heads and tails better than a lot I have seen over the years . I for one respect YoshiP and his team, they have worked tirelessly to give us a damned enjoyable gaming experience. There has been, to my knowledge, never been an event like this in other MMO's...so with all respect to my colleagues and fellow Warriors of Light...I submit that communication is a two way street.

Thank you for proving my point. The gameplay in FF 14 has been this way since ARR and before. But you knew that already.
I personally am enjoying the game immensely,. absolutely loved Endwalker and its story, have enjoyed the expac and its many features. Endwalker to me has been a success and was worth every moment.
Im honestly sorry you dont share that feeling.
