Tank LB is fine as it is and can still be used in creative ways to help with prog, or bypass certain mechanics (red fists in o11s) then becomes as obsolete as a Healer LB once the party knows what they are doing on the fight.

Melee LB 3 is going to be the predominant go to LB in the game, with the exception of if there is multiple targets, but SE have not made a single good savage turn since o3s that makes use of adds personally, o7s was okay, but o3s was just better overall.

I do feel adding a raise onto a tank LB would also remove a level of difficulty that comes from progressing a fight too. End of the day, if you wipe you wipe, no big deal, just go again.
