Necrologos: Thousandfold Agony Bug

I submitted a bug report through the support center but thought I'd put it here as well.

During the lv 30 Levequest "Necrologos: Thousandfold Agony", the final 2 mobs and the Necrologos boss never spawn. The spawn points are active on the mini-map, but they aren't there and there are no targetable mobs in the area. I've tried running off and coming back, resting on top of the spawn, giving up and starting the quest over; all to no avail.

The quest is unable to be completed as it sits.

Given the way the Necrologos work now (due to people exploiting them back in the day for infinite SP), are you sure you completed the prereqs fully? Some of them require "investigate the area" spots that doesn't always get marked on the map.
