How about, make the next housing zone all Large and Mediums

How about no because some people prefer small houses

Because housing being a matter of prestige makes literally no sense. I still have yet to hear a single compelling argument for it to be that way.

I don't think IS will end up with actual housing. I suspect that it is being used as a testing ground for technology that will become a new and separate housing system.

There is room for instanced housing and ward housing to co-exists. The current systems prove that. You get some very temporary congestion as everyone jumps into the new content at the same time and it disappears once they go back to their usual playing habits.

Time will tell, my personal hope is that it ends up being on the island, it shouldnt be in normal areas, but as I said, time will tell.
