On The Properties Of Beastmen

FFXIV does not have a key items inventory like FFXI had. I bought my key item: On the Properties of Beastmen for starting my relic weapon quest. The problem I have is I do not see my key item on my character, I checked my Guild Company NPC that you buy the item from and it is no longer available to buy. What happened to my key item? What if this causes me to not be able to complete or even start my relic quest. Please respond ASAP this is important. My main concern is why we dont have a key item menu to see what we have collected.

Yes it does. It's on the Attributes window (I think).
