Ah. Okay, well that *would* explain it then. Thank you.
I do hope someone eventually gets the "replies occasionally on the forums" job again. Or maybe actually organizes and communicates what feedback is being received.
Minaryne has a very adorable avatar that happens to be one of my favorite critters of FF. ^^ :3
Wow, I must've not seen this, but it looks like I didn't miss much. That was her first and last post since then.
If anyone's interested, Minaryne is actually streaming live on Twitch right now on the official FFXIV Twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/finalfantasyxiv
Twitch is a pretty good way to interact with the FFXIV community, so this has got my support.

I watched it, citizen. The Weeaboo Police Department hopes to see more engagement from its community representatives in the future.
May your rivers be ever bountiful.
Look forward to never seeing you again (heavy /s)Greetings!
My name is Minaryne, the latest adventurer to join the NA Community Team. You can call me "Mina" for short. It's a pleasure to meet you!
FINAL FANTASY XIV isn't my first FINAL FANTASY game, but it is one of my favorites.
I began my journey as a Warrior of Light near the tail end of A Realm Reborn. I remember the days of spending gil on varying types and grades of glamour prisms to fix my best outfit, then eventually learning to craft them myself. I played scholar until I bid my faeries goodbye in Shadowbringers and picked up the art of dancing following my adventures in the First.
Whether you're beginning your journey in the starting cities or waiting to sail with us to Tural, let's forge ahead!
Good luck!
Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]
Just to show how unmoderated this cesspool of a forum is...this was on page 17, and our "new" community rep still only has this one singular post. Do what you will with that information(and moderators, if you do in fact exist...might want to step up your game or forever be the joke of this place)

Honestly, it might not be that the Community Team doesn't wants to interact, it's more of SE doesn't letting them. Pretty sure they have a protocol of sorts and posting here for introductions is less of a choice and more of a formality.Just to show how unmoderated this cesspool of a forum is...this was on page 17, and our "new" community rep still only has this one singular post. Also, they may be from the NA team, but the way they handle stuff (or, better said, ignore it) seems in line with how Asian gaming corporations work, where the community team just exists in the shadows and aids marketing, while the directors are the face of the community that only pops during events and announcements.
Thank you Miss Mina for all your hard work! I appreciate you and the rest of the very beautiful NA Community Team. Thank you for dedicating yourself to this amazing game!
