Sibold's Reach

Hi all

Is Sibold's Reach worth picking up for a fresh 50 until I'm able to get a GC or Ifrit/Garuda weapon? Its super cheap in the wards (70k) and the base damage is much higher than what I have, I just don't know if its enough to outweigh the -acc.

To be honest, I'm fairly new to the game so I don't have money to buy much else and I've got a long way to go before I have enough GC for any of those axes -- especially since WHM is technically my main and I'm saving my points for that weapon first.

i use it myself because i dont have any of them weapons myself. Yes the - 20 acc is really crap when soloing but in a party doesnt matter you pick that back up.

I say if you're soloing a lot on war save up 25K seals and buy your GC one, If partying a lot and dont mind spending the 70K go ahead and pick it up great axe for DMG, Untill u get one of the avater weapons i say

I'd rather use a Demilune Bhuj with some STR melding in till I got Mog/Ifrit axe.

Yeah you're really hurting yourself even on easy stuff like Ifrit. Missing combos isn't fun

I got it 'cause it looks awesome. When I use it, I wear gc gear and other stuff with tons of acc. It's perfect for looking cool while farming raptors for their skins. :P

I use it until I get my Maelstrom/Primal Axe. Just make up the ACC loss with electrum rings.

Spend the extra money on the Demilune Bhuj. The accuracy is not worth it, even if you have accuracy rings.

No point in the extra attack power if you keep missing. Trust me, the higher the level of the mob you are fighting, you're going to want that accuracy AND accuracy rings.

I hit 100% of the time with it farming. The acc loss isn't bad at all depending on how you use Sibold's Reach.

acc lost isnt bad with electrum rings.. i didnt miss too much on anything. definitely replace asap though!

Farming what? Lower level enemies? The minute you go attack something that is higher level than you, you will notice a hit in accuracy.
