Toxicon is your movement spell if you can't get Dosis off. If I had to guess I'd say WHM uses Afflatus Misery more often than SGE uses Toxicon in fights.
No you are exactly right, assize is just phlegma, pneuma barely counts as a damage spell considering if it was an oGCD weaved between dosis nothing would change other than it’s interaction with Zoe, toxicon is barely used (and lilys would be the equivalent but WHM gets way more lily’s)
