If zentetsuken is circulating the black shroud then what is Raiden, since Raiden occupies the chamber of the zentetsuken containmentWell the "real" Odin is the sword, of course, Zantetsuken. It is, presumably, one of Eureka (the primal)'s creations and as such a self-sustaining "trigger weapon" as described by the Allagans. After Zantetsuken is stolen by the tempered wood wailer, they presumably become Odin. The Odin FATE basically shows what happens with whomever turns into Odin, that is, a bunch of adventurers go out and beat up Odin once he resurfaces and then the person who "kills" Odin gets turned into Odin by Zantetsuken.
Basically, Zantetsuken is presumably still in circulation through the Black Shroud, last we heard of it, which was in one of A Realm Reborn patches I believe.
Not saying you are wrong Just genuinely curious
Oh, that one's easy: sibling sword. Shin-Zantetsuken. Raiden's combat lines refer to Odin, too, suggesting how they saw the world as of their original creation in the days of Allag: Raiden is definitely anti-Allag, and it seems like Odin is too. Understandable you missed that line, because who's looking for lore in BArsenal incidental dialog?
Eureka spoilers ahead:
All the bosses in the Baldesion Arsenal are weapon-primals like them, collected by the Students of Baldesion. (How you manage to collect that sort of stuff, I have no idea.) Odin slipped their search in large part because it was already contained in Urth's Fount at the time they were collecting it.
Judging by the story of Eureka Orthos, the primal Eureka was handled by Allag's enemies before beign taken in by them; that'd probably explain Odin and Raiden being the way they are, while the other weapon-primal that slipped the Students by, Excalibur, was definitely Allagan and entirely different.
