FC's need an upgrade in functionality

- FC's should have the option to challenge eachother for a pvp session with different types of pvp ranging up to 4vs4, 8vs8, 12vs12, 16vs16 and even 24vs24 (with rankings).

- FC's should be allowed to assign other FC's on the server as guest. This means that the FC assigned as guest can use the NPC's, retainer bells, food. If the guest clicks on the hosts vault they would see their own vault instead. A similar situation would apply for the workshop. If any FC player walked inside the workshop they could see crafts in progress and lend assistance. ONLY they would be unable to "pick up" the completed items from the other FC. But each FC would be allowed to craft items at the same time while already in use by the other FC (side by side info shown). In terms of ships, you could see eachothers ships but you could only use your own. In the event that the host FC "un-shares" the house with you.. you would not lose your ship parts or crafts.. it would remain stored so next time your FC gets access to a vault, their ships and craft in progress would still be there.

- I think its about time to add lvl 3 actions and lvl 4 prime actions including various actions that we don't have but would be helpful in some situations like:
Faster cast/skill activation, lower mp use, damage reduction, additional gil from all sources, faster hp/mp regeneration during combat, ignore lethal damage 1x every 30 minutes, etc. (just some examples). The amount of storage for FC actions would also have to be "doubled" so we could store at least 2 of each highest level actions for members to choose from.

Let them do step 1 first. Updating the hot garbage UI from FC and friendlist should be top priority.

they should make housing a pvp instance, the FC that claims the best mansion gets the best mansion.
