New BRD instruments - what's your wishlist

Last one we got, the electric guitar, was in patch 5.55. We don't know anything about a new future instrument, if we'll get something around that same time for 6.55 or not, but what new instrument you'd like to see added to the game?

My personal wish would be either a Shamisen:


Or a tambourine for percussion+metal sound:


Both have very distinct sound profiles that we don't have yet, but I wouldn't be mad either at an actual accoustic guitar, even though we already have that sound.

Not so much a new instrument but I would like the Guitar to not sound atrocious. I think 2 of them sound OK but the rest might as well never be a thing.

I'd rather have the option to adjust your projecting volume actively or add effects like tremolo or echo. Attack would be nice too, but...

It's basically just a MIDI soundboard anyways, right? So, with all those limitations, they should still be able to give some more of that freedom. It would be nice and would probably allow actually dedicated bands around town to not sound like Mario Paint.

Old tracks from video games had the freedom to layer multiple tracks on their own and had more interesting custom sound fonts. I wouldn't expect them to allow like, recording or editing sounds found in game, but some more control over the canned sounds other than pitch goes a long way.

Oh, and a Vuvuzela, Theramin, Cuica, Waterphone, Otamatone, and that weird thing with the bell on that goes doooiiing and then you squeeze two metal bits together and it goes higher

We seriously might get a Cuica based on DTs location, that'd be dope. It'd take a guiro, too.

I think they should add the instrument they use for Cbat.

A full drumset... high hats, cymbals and everything in between. Probably kinda hard to implement that, but that would be really cool. Also I want them to increase the octave range. Bard performance is currently limited to only 3 octaves and it would be great if we could have 4 or 5.

Oh yeah absolutely this. If only one suggestion is taken i would want it to be this. Especially with the octave range.

I also would like a full drum set. It may need its own proper UI layout, though, as the current keyboard method wouldn't work.
