Timegated Content You Need A FC For = I Ignore

Anyone else feel this way?

I have zero interest in dealing or going through people to progress timegate content. If I can't progress it naturally via auto join groups without needing to watch youtube videos or using 3rd party addons or chat clients I avoid it. It can be timegated but viable without groups, or FC centric but not timegated, but not both, both together will never be worth it.

I will dungeon grind til my eyes bleed, but I will 100% never ever get into weekly shticks you need to socially manipulate or wait around for.

Same reason I ignore mythic+ and raiding in WoW (timegate weekly vault and raid lockouts) and quit that game.

What? Do you mean submarines and airships? That's the only thing in the game you need an FC for that has timegating.

Are you referring to weekly lockouts...?

You don't technically need a static, let alone an FC, to do Savage (though, yes, it's far more annoying without a static), and if weekly lockouts were sufficient for your resentment, then Alliance and Normal Raids and even dungeons' rewards would be largely taboo.

The only things that require both an FC and have any time-gating on... are submarines and airships.

There's no group content of any sort in the game that requires being part of a FC now that the original Diadem has been removed.

If by "FC" you mean a static, you don't need that either for anything other than maybe Ultimate.

I'm happy for people who still find meaning in chasing ilvls over timegate.

I can't do it, it's not good at all to deal with going through people to tick a weekly timegate checkbox. I enjoy duty finder dungeons and raids and enjoyed grinding for uncapped poetic gear currency.

Good, then you can continue doing just that, nothing is forcing you to do anything else ?

I want the core RPG dungeon/raid power grind. The current tier portion is currently walled with timegate in both WoW and FFXIV.

It gets ruined if I get steered into needing premades to deal with timegate content without a severe handicap.

What timegate in WoW? You are mythic geared in 2 weeks in Dragonflight just spamming M+.
