What are RP event timezone equivalents for non-NA DCs?

With a schedule that often doesn't fit the event/venue scene on my home servers due to weird shifts that I work, I often wonder if European or Oceanic servers might actually have RP events/venues open at times I can make.

The servers I deal in hover around a "the world lights up at 8-9pm EST" kinda schedule. What would be the equivalent "light-up" times for other data centers?

I only speak english so I'm generally looking in that sort of spectrum.

You need a timezone converter to figure it out. Germany is easy: server time + 2 hours = german local time in summer. In winter: server time + 1 hour = german local time.
