Different materias for each gear set.

Pretty much the title:

One of FFXIV's selling/strong points is that you can play every class on a single character, we've got a gear set system where you can jump from class to class just with one click, however, even within the same role, there are a lot of scenarios where it is not optimal at all having the same melds for different classes, few examples:

-If you play caster and you have SPS BiS (because you play BLM), using the same melds for RDM and SMN feels awful.
-Warrior melds different from other tanks (because it has guaranteed crit/d.hit etc)
-SCH and AST usually prefer higher SPS unlike WHM/SGE
-Different piety levels on healer set depending if you are progging or trying to kill/reclear.

There are more examples, but I hope you guys get an idea with only these.

It would be really nice and a big QoL that within a gear set you can have different melds, like if I have a 660 Caster Set I can have different iterations of it, one with 700 sps, 1200, 2500, etc, without having to REMELD the whole thing everytime I want to play a different class.

An idea would be whenever you click on a gear set, it will open a mini tab underneath where you can select which materia set you want to play, if you decide to not have different materias then it will just swap naturally as it was before, and it won't open any new tabs, so basically your gear sets list would look exactly the same unless you click on it.

In a similar vein, I'd love it if gear sets decoupled gear from glam; it would be nice to be able to easily use the same gear for two gear sets with different glams — without needing to change classes in a city via Glamour Plates.

I'd like if we melded our soul stone instead so if you swap within roles you can have different materia. Either that or remove unique gear.
