i2501 when trying to buy from online shop with Crysta

Hello. I recently bought some Crysta with the intent on purchasing the Tales of adventure Summoner boost and the stormblood scenario skip. but when I go to pay with Crysta, I recieve error i2501. am I just not able to use crysta with these items? or is there something else causing this issue?

I've tried different browsers and different networks but still nothing
