I've had GMs resolve non-PvP issues fairly fast, so I'm not sure if they are directing all the PvP reports to their JP taskforce or if it's handled by other ill equipped entity. If they hand at least someone slap some warning around, the word of mouth would quickly make people reconsider their actions.

Out of all the serial spammers I've encountered in CC, I've seen basically none of them do it again after I've reported them.

They've spelled out very clearly how much of an actionable offense it is, so I don't see any reason to assume they don't follow through. Compared to afking or botting, emotes leave a ton of evidence in the chatlog so you're giving the gm the easiest layup ever.

You know what would be even better?

First, the system that would be in place that is programmed to detect spamming and "Nice Job!" used at negative moments in a match that would prompt you with "Toxic player detected. Blacklist? [ Yes ] [ No ]

After implimenting blacklisting of quickchat, okay, follow me here, you have a special auto quickchat that has a really fucking annoying sound effect with the message "This player has blacklisted you. "

Just change it to "Good Work!" or something, and "Hello!" to "Greetings!"

Or better yet, remove them so people actually use the other chat commands.
